Job Description

PRI Technology seeks a ServiceNow Developer to oversee platform administration, health checks, and development across ITSM, CMDB, IRM (GRC), and HRSD. This hybrid role is based in Stamford, CT, with eligibility for local or hybrid candidates, and offers a salary of USD 160,000 - 180,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the platform owner and the lead ServiceNow developer as the team takes shape.
  • Execute a thorough health check and discovery of the current environment to document custom configurations left by the prior team.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration including user management, group management, and security ACLs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents affecting core platform functionality and integrations.
  • Support and maintain the existing deployment with a focus on ITSM, CMDB, IRM (GRC), and HRSD.
  • Diagnose CMDB issues to ensure data integrity and proper reconciliation rules.
  • Manage current API integrations (REST/SOAP) between ServiceNow and third‑party enterprise tools, maintaining connectivity and data flow.

Requirements

  • Extensive ServiceNow experience with ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Knowledge, Problem, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, Demand, Resource and Project/Portfolio Management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in teams with a diverse user base of varying technical proficiency.
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Experience building custom applications on the ServiceNow platform from initiation.
  • Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, including group delegation, CMS modification, workflows, business rules, UI pages and actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, and updates to existing solutions.
  • Experience designing ServiceNow workflows, creating update sets, and testing and deploying those update sets into production.
  • Ability to document processes, procedures, and changes performed in the system.
  • Capacity to translate business needs into effective solutions and usable products.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
  • ITIL/ITSM understanding preferred.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Experience with a range of technical components including web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP), web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3), LDAP, VPN, SSL, and related technologies.
