ServiceNow Developer

Join Experis in Charlotte, NC (onsite) and support enterprise-wide service management solutions with a team focused on delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This ServiceNow Developer role brings together platform development, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and agentic AI use cases aimed at automation and better decision-making. You will work on practical, high-impact implementations while benefiting from a comprehensive package of health and financial offerings.

What you’ll do

• Develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform using configuration and scripting techniques.
• Work on the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module to strengthen risk assessment processes.
• Contribute to agentic AI use cases that support automation and decision-making.
• Deliver solutions in line with best practices by partnering with core and platform teams.
• Code, configure, perform unit testing, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed standards and tools.

What you bring

• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on configuration and scripting.
• Knowledge of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module (preferred).
• Ability to contribute to AI use cases and automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of principles for secure and scalable solution design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Compensation and benefits

$60–$65 per hour on W2
