Matlen Silver is seeking a senior-level ServiceNow developer for an onsite role in Charlotte, NC. The position focuses on implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module within an enterprise ServiceNow platform, with end-to-end delivery through SDLC and established change governance.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for understanding out-of-the-box ServiceNow configuration, extending platform capabilities where needed, and integrating supporting solutions to support the TPRM module. The role includes translating business requirements into technical implementations that align with enterprise architecture standards, then ensuring stable operation through production support and release activities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces.
Build solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities, including custom applications, APIs, business rules, flows, and catalog items.
Partner with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Participate across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Support release management and ensure successful deployments through governance, change control, and DevOps practices.
Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other enterprise integration technologies.
Ensure delivered solutions meet security, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
ServiceNow certifications including System Administrator/CSA and Implementation Specialist/CIS.
Experience configuring ServiceNow Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and/or Reports.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
Experience designing, configuring, and developing integrations using the ServiceNow platform, including connectors and Scripted REST APIs.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, release management, testing, and deployment practices leveraging Agile methodology.
Minimum experience: 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience in large enterprise environments, preferably financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Experience supporting risk, compliance, governance, or enterprise service management initiatives.
Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and cybersecurity requirements common within financial institutions.
