Job Description

Revel IT is hiring a Lead / Senior ServiceNow Developer to analyze, design, build, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications that align with organizational specifications and needs. In this hybrid Orlando, FL role, you will partner with architects and cross-functional teams while also taking on technical leadership through mentoring, reviews, and platform support.

Role Summary

You will design, develop, deploy, and support custom ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows. The position also involves prototyping for user testing, diagnosing production defects, and helping ensure platform stability, uptime, and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and support custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver and support business solutions.
  • Create and refine prototypes to support user testing and feedback analysis.
  • Review and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to identify and resolve defects or issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects.
  • Ensure work aligns with company policies, technical and security standards, and recommend ServiceNow platform governance.
  • Mentor other developers, support code reviews, and oversee deployments.
  • Contribute to the evolution of standards and best practices.
  • Help ensure uptime and stability of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain awareness and adherence to the Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures, applying them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service aligned with “Serving More” standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, software engineering, or related field experience preferred.
  • 5+ years development experience with ServiceNow.
  • 4+ years with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with Platform Management, Custom Application Development, mentoring, and architecture.
  • ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) and/or ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certifications preferred.
