Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain a Salesforce platform used across multiple business units, guiding its evolution
• Design and implement new screens, features, and end-to-end functionality
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions
• Test and validate functionality to ensure quality, performance, and alignment with requirements
• Administer Salesforce, including users, permissions, and security controls
• Own production deployments for releases and bug fixes
• Adhere to and promote Salesforce and broader software engineering best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years designing and building solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Email-to-Case, and Case Routing
• Strong expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex
• Experience creating and maintaining Lightning Flows
• Advanced Salesforce security model experience (required)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Flosum or Git
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via REST, Bulk APIs, or Platform Events
