Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer role focused on building and integrating Salesforce solutions for healthcare data and interoperability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
- Design, build, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Support Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and segmentation
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and support enterprise integrations
- Lead code reviews, technical design, testing, deployments, and CI/CD activities
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce, MuleSoft, and integration issues using root-cause analysis
- Mentor developers and administrators; reinforce Salesforce development best practices
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum workflows
- Maintain secure and scalable solutions, including HIPAA-compliant handling of healthcare information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience
- Expert-level MuleSoft experience, including Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, CloudHub, and Runtime Manager
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) experience
- Advanced experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration delivery
- Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Technology Focus
