Responsibilities

- Lead design discussions for software applications and record design decisions to guide the technical team toward scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Engage in coding activities by integrating new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on preserving stability, performance, and compatibility.
- Perform code reviews, implement necessary changes to the codebase, and manage repositories to keep the project aligned with standards.
- Define and execute test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to sustain software quality across releases.
- Create user training materials, comprehensive documentation, and support frameworks to enable a smooth transition to new software deployments.
- Actively participate in diagnosing and resolving production issues and propose preventive measures to strengthen system reliability.
- Maintain thorough records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base for future projects.
