Job Description

Conversion Interactive Agency is seeking a Senior React Developer to architect and extend a full-stack platform. The role centers on building features with Next.js, TanStack, and React Native in TypeScript, including AI Voice Agent integration with Twilio and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs on AWS.

The position is onsite in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

Develop new features and enhancements for the platform.
Collaborate with the product team to create requirements and user experience.
Collaborate with peers to drive the technical direction of the platform.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

5+ years of React experience (Required).
Full-stack experience including front-end expertise (Required).
Full-stack experience including API development (Required).
Full-stack experience including database design (Required).
Ability to write well-documented and clean code.
Entrepreneurial mindset; willingness to wear multiple hats and contribute cross-functionally.

Experience

Pay

USD 140,000 - 160,000 per year
