Senior React Developer

Conversion Interactive Agency is seeking a Senior React Developer to architect and extend a full-stack platform. The role centers on building features with Next.js, TanStack, and React Native in TypeScript, including AI Voice Agent integration with Twilio and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs on AWS.

The position is onsite in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhancements for the platform.
• Collaborate with the product team to create requirements and user experience.
• Collaborate with peers to drive the technical direction of the platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of React experience (Required).
• Full-stack experience including front-end expertise (Required).
• Full-stack experience including API development (Required).
• Full-stack experience including database design (Required).
• Ability to write well-documented and clean code.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; willingness to wear multiple hats and contribute cross-functionally.

Experience

• Experience architecting full-stack SaaS products.
• Experience with relational database systems using SQL. (Preferred)
• Experience with advanced ORM concepts. (Preferred)
• Experience with NextJS / Remix / Tanstack. (Preferred)
• Experience creating libraries and utilities from scratch. (Preferred)

Pay

• USD 140,000 - 160,000 per year
