Senior React Native Developer

Marvin supports digital product teams with tools, engineering practices, and people-focused benefits. This onsite role in Eagan, MN gives you the chance to build and evolve customer-facing React experiences, help shape front-end architecture, and guide teammates through reviews and mentorship. You will also help maintain CI/CD pipelines and keep dependencies healthy while integrating React components with backend REST APIs. The compensation range is $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with $300 annual wellbeing account and additional support like profit sharing, paid parental leave, and a 401(k) match.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop new customer-facing components and React applications.
• Lead code and design reviews to improve and maintain code quality.
• Partner with product management and communicate with team members and stakeholders to support successful delivery.
• Mentor less-experienced team members.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain and update project dependencies, resolving conflicts as they arise.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other engineers to implement scalable, maintainable, composable front-end architecture.
• Integrate React front-end components with REST APIs.
• Maintain existing React components, including debugging and fixing issues.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience building web applications with React.
• TypeScript experience building React applications.
• Strong fundamentals in React, including functional components, hooks, and the Context API.
• Experience with Git and understanding common branching strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with UX Design and/or UX designers is preferred.
• Experience working with digital product teams in an agile environment is preferred.

Bonus experience that helps

• Interactive 3D web experience using WebGL and related frameworks such as Three.js or Babylon.js.
• Cross-platform mobile application development using Ionic Capacitor with React and TypeScript.
