Java fullstack developer

The Java Fullstack Developer role at Infosys is part of a Technology Consultant responsibility area, focused on collaborating across requirements, design, implementation, testing, integration, and ongoing support for live applications. The position is based in Charlotte, NC with onsite work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in running targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and help ensure stakeholder requirements are documented accurately.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications and support the creation of process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications aligned to user requirements.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects to the development team to support improvements in software performance.
• Support the integration of new software features to enable smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and producing documentation for ongoing system maintenance.
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to strengthen the team’s knowledge repository.
