Java Full Stack Developer

This Technology Consultant position centers on Java full stack development and end-to-end delivery activities. The role spans requirements documentation, design and implementation, testing, user enablement, and production support, with close collaboration across the software lifecycle.

Compensation

USD 90,751 - 146,416 per year

Core Responsibilities

• Support requirements elicitation by documenting assigned portions of business requirements according to provided guidance
• Lead and participate in software application design discussions, and record design decisions to guide the technical team
• Implement coding work and integrate new features or updates into existing applications while prioritizing system stability
• Perform code reviews and make codebase changes; maintain and update code repositories
• Develop and apply test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to maintain software quality standards
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to support a smooth transition to new applications
• Contribute to resolving production issues and recommend preventive actions to strengthen system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing approaches, and support activities to support a knowledge base across projects
