TS/SCI SharePoint Developer

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and lead the development of advanced operational dashboards and mission views within the MAVEN Smart System ecosystem, acting as the primary technical authority for DISA J 3/5/7 MAVEN deployments.
• Serve as the principal liaison to senior military and civilian stakeholders. Translate complex Joint Staff and DISA mission requirements into efficient technical workflows, data models, and user-friendly visualizations in MAVEN/Foundry.
• Design and oversee the integration of multi-source intelligence data, mapping data structures (APIs, SQL, JSON) to power front-end MAVEN visualizations and modernize CIP/COP systems.
• Strategically integrate data from analytics platforms, sensor feeds, and existing ML outputs into intuitive operational workflows to enhance real-time decision-making and situational awareness.
• Proactively develop and champion new use cases for the MAVEN Smart System, anticipating future visual and data needs for DISA operations.
• Provide senior technical leadership within an agile development team, participating in technical interchange meetings, architectural reviews, and sprint planning.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline knowledge management, configuration management, and enterprise portal operations.
• Architect integration strategies to ensure MAVEN-derived insights are seamlessly incorporated into enterprise collaboration portals and tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Jira.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and building interactive dashboards, operational views, and geospatial analytics using GUI-based data platforms (Palantir MAVEN/Foundry, Kibana, Splunk, or Tableau).
• Expertise mapping complex data structures (SQL, XML, JSON) and leveraging APIs (REST/SOAP) to create data objects powering intuitive visualizations.
• Strong ability to build cohesive, user-facing applications and real-time operational views, with the agility to master new builder environments such as MAVEN quickly.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10–13 years of experience.
• Experience supporting Agile software development environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level knowledge management portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional technical and operational stakeholders.
