Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the MUSE and NVIG Virtual Gray Eagle suite
  • Execute simulation scenarios aligned with NTC rotational training plans and exercise objectives
  • Ensure system configuration accuracy, maintain databases, and troubleshoot across connected systems
  • Perform and support ISR platform modeling within simulation environments
  • Monitor data flow and system integration across simulation and intelligence systems
  • Apply software updates and IAVA security patches to maintain compliance and security posture
  • Participate in meetings, briefs, and planning sessions, contributing SME-level input
  • Build, manage, and maintain simulation databases for MUSE and NVIG environments
  • Conduct pre-exercise testing, validation, and system troubleshooting
  • Provide on-site operational support during training rotations
  • Collaborate with military personnel, intelligence teams, and contractor staff
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
  • Document processes, produce reports, and support training deliverables
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Security+ or other IAT Level II certification
  • Valid driver’s license and Fort Irwin driving privileges
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and wear required personal protective equipment
  • Willingness to work shift rotations
  • Ability to travel to remote post locations in extreme Mojave Desert weather, including heat and cold, helicopter and 4x4 travel, tactical vehicle routes, elevated walkways, and mountain tops
