Hybrid remote work from Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, with on-site collaboration once per week for sprint ceremonies, demos, and stakeholder sessions. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying full‑stack web applications and data‑driven automation within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, including Power Platform, BI, and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver full‑stack web applications and services that integrate with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Lead the development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, especially scalable Power Automate flows with governance, monitoring, exception handling, connectors, and ALM.
- Create intuitive Power BI reports and data models that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Incorporate AI capabilities such as prompt‑driven workflows, classification/extraction, and copilots/assistants into new or existing apps; experience with AskSage and Copilot in enterprise contexts is a bonus.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver secure, compliant solutions.
- Operate effectively in a hybrid team, with remote day‑to‑day work and APG on‑site presence 1x per week for sprint ceremonies, demos, and stakeholder sessions.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution.
- 5+ years in software engineering with demonstrated full‑stack delivery (C#, .NET, Node, Python) and modern front‑end frameworks.
- Advanced Power Automate expertise (HTTP actions, Graph/REST integration, custom connectors, solution packaging, environment strategies).
- Solid Power Platform knowledge (Power Apps basics, Power BI authoring, Dataverse/SharePoint as data sources).
- Proven experience building secure, production‑grade integrations.
- Strong data skills: modeling, DAX/M, performance tuning, and governance in Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills; comfortable with rapid iteration and live demos.
- CompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- One or more Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL‑900/PL‑100/PL‑300) or required within 6 months of hire.
- Active or Current DoD Secret Clearance is required for this position.
