Job Description

Professional Staffing Services offers an onsite contract opportunity in Orlando, FL for an Email Developer that blends technical precision with creative design. This role pays $29-$36 per hour and involves translating design assets into responsive HTML emails while managing marketing workflows across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot. A high level of AMPscript expertise is essential to deliver personalized experiences at scale.

You will work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and performance-focused. Expect hands-on development, modular template creation for future scalability, rigorous QA, and collaboration across platforms. This position supports platform migrations and lightweight front-end work for campaign landing pages, offering a mix of design, coding, and analytics to influence campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma wireframes and design assets into responsive, mobile-optimized HTML/CSS emails.
  • Implement and troubleshoot AMPscript logic, dynamic content, and data-driven personalization within SFMC.
  • Build and maintain modular templates to enable scalable campaigns; manage automated deliveries through HubSpot workflows and SFMC Journey Builder.
  • Lead QA and rendering tests with Litmus to ensure cross-client compatibility and accessibility compliance.
  • Support platform migrations, including template mapping, workflow transitions, and data modeling efforts.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand standards and performance goals.
  • Provide light front-end support for campaign landing pages and microsites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.

Requirements

Critical requirement: Expert-level AMPscript proficiency is mandatory.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing, brand design, and digital customer experiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
  • Deep understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Expert-level proficiency with Content Builder, Data Extensions, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Query Activities; solid SQL knowledge and advanced AMPscript.
  • HubSpot: Proficient in custom templates, HubL modules, CRM segmentation, smart content, and workflow automation.
  • Development: Expert HTML/CSS for email; familiarity with JavaScript for front-end web components.
  • Testing: Expert use of Litmus or similar rendering tools.
