Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM

Experis is seeking an Application Developer to support its HR Technology Support team, helping maintain and enhance enterprise-wide HR systems. This role is focused on building and tailoring Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions for US clients, while also owning the analysis, integration, and delivery work that keeps HRMS environments running effectively.

Based in Indianapolis, IN with a remote setup, the position allows work from anywhere in the US, with an EST preference. The pay range is $85/hr on W2.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, customize, and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions for US-based clients.
• Lead integrations with First Advantage for I-9 verification and background checks.
• Review recruiting business processes, identify gaps in Oracle product functionality, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Work with cross-functional partners to ensure system integration is seamless and that data flows correctly.
• Handle HRMS workstreams that include analysis, design, coding, data migration, and testing.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and related data structures.
• Experience building and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
