Work will occur in DoD, federal government, or other highly regulated settings, with responsibilities spanning feature development, system integration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

- Configure, administer, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, SQL query development and optimization, migrations, data integrity, and backup/recovery.
- Implement and maintain authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and user account management using technologies such as Keycloak to enforce separation between user and administrator functions.

- Collaborate with developers, testers, system administrators, subject matter experts, and end-users to gather requirements, identify user needs, and develop features based on feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve software defects, performance issues, integration problems, and other operational concerns.
- Develop and maintain application frameworks and reusable components, including documentation for software architecture, configuration, interfaces, and software changes.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience developing, deploying, and supporting application suites, preferably in DoD or enterprise environments, and in accordance with DoD Application Security and Development Security Technical Implementation Guides (ASD STIGs) and applicable cybersecurity requirements.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting systems, and dashboard development, including presenting application metrics and operational data through web-based interfaces.
- Understanding of application security, access control, and secure API development.
- Experience documenting system architecture, APIs, deployment procedures, and administrative processes.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related field of study.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in offline, isolated, or restricted-network environments.
