Job Description
Loyola Enterprises Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer/Full Stack Developer to support the US Air Force Intelligence mission for NASIC (National Air & Space Intelligence Center) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. This onsite role focuses on building and implementing solutions in a web-based environment and fitting them into a microservice cloud-based architecture, with a software engineering concentration.
The work spans participation in the full software development lifecycle and collaboration with other software developers to deliver and integrate capabilities using modern frameworks, APIs, and engineering toolchains.
Role Overview
- Support the US Air Force Intelligence mission for NASIC at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle with a concentration in software engineering.
- Collaborate with other software developers to implement web-based solutions and integrate them into a microservice cloud-based architecture.
Location and Work Details
- Location: Fairborn, OH (onsite)
- Work setting: Onsite, in person
- Job type: Full-time
- Work week: 8 hrs/day
- Relocation: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)

Compensation
- Salary: USD 165,000 per year
- Salary range: $165K+ depending on experience
- Pay: From $165,000.00 per year
Required Qualifications
- DoD Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
- 2+ years software development experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM degree from an accredited institution
- Experience with Angular, Java, J2EE (Full Stack)
- Security clearance requirement: Secret (Required)
Technical Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Agile development processes or experience working as an Agile Scrum Master
- Knowledge and/or exposure to JS frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Knockout) and microservices, swagger, and API definition
- Experience with TypeScript, Java, Python, Docker, Elastic, JQuery, Bootstrap, Jira
- Experience with microservices, swagger, and API definitions
- DevOps / DevSecOps experience including CI / CD
- Experience with software security tools including SonarQube, HP Fortify, Claire / Trivy
- Experience setting up Jenkins builds
- Experience with modern IDE tools and testing mechanisms
- Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions
