Senior Salesforce Developer / Solutions Engineer
Job Description
The Senior Salesforce Developer / Solutions Engineer will design, build, and integrate enhancements to Sivan Windows and Doors' Salesforce driven CRM platform, 360 Improvement, with in-office responsibilities for local candidates only. This onsite position is based in Northridge, CA.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance Salesforce capabilities to support core business processes.
- Create advanced Flows, Automations, and custom solutions to optimize operations.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
- Establish API connections linking Salesforce with external systems.
- Implement integrations with QuickBooks to streamline financial workflows.
- Set up integrations with WhatsApp for messaging capabilities.
- Build integrations with SMS platforms and email platforms.
- Integrate data with vendors and manufacturers to facilitate data exchange.
- Connect scheduling systems to improve appointment management.
- Create custom dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
- Assist in designing future versions of the CRM platform.
- Collaborate with management and department leaders to improve business processes.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks across departments.
- Document development work, configurations, and system architecture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
- Proficiency in Apex.
- Experience with Lightning Components (LWC).
- Experience with Flow Builder.
- Experience with Validation Rules.
- Experience in designing and managing Custom Objects.
- Proficiency in Reports & Dashboards.
- Experience building and maintaining API integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
