Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features to meet business needs
• Implement business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and validation rules
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and offshore teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post go-live production support
• Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data integrity are followed
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and customization
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce declarative tools
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
• Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management
• Ability to work onsite at the New Jersey office and collaborate with global teams

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
• Benefits: Paid time off
