Salesforce Developer

Salesforce Developer position for a system integrator located onsite in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features.
• Implement business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, BAs, and offshore teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and post go-live production support.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data integrity are followed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management.
• Ability to work onsite at the New Jersey office and collaborate with global teams.
