Salesforce Developer

At Infosys, this onsite role focuses on delivering practical ERP and Salesforce package customization work that aligns with business goals. You will support the full delivery cycle, from requirements through development, integration, performance assessment, documentation, and user enablement, working closely with stakeholders across business units in a collaborative environment.

What you will do

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units, and help validate specifications to ensure they align with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Support solution architecture design by assisting in customizing ERP package modules and features based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, perform code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Join system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities, while ensuring customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to support effective knowledge transfer.
