Pega Developer

Infosys is hiring a Pega Developer in Charlotte, NC to support ERP package consulting. In this onsite role, you will help deliver ERP solutions from discovery through implementation, with hands-on work across feature development, integrations, performance assessment, and documentation that enables successful adoption.

What you’ll do

• Join requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and help validate specifications to align with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Support solution architecture design by assisting with customization of ERP package modules and features based on detailed business requirements.
• Build and integrate new features into existing applications, participate in code reviews, and help maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Contribute to system integration by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between the ERP and other applications.
• Perform ERP system performance assessment to identify enhancement opportunities while ensuring ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Create documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to support effective knowledge transfer.
