Python Developer

This Technology Consultant role supports the full software development lifecycle, from requirements discovery and application design to implementation, testing support, integration, and live system monitoring in Phoenix, Arizona (onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Help conduct targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure stakeholder requirements are documented accurately.
• Participate in design discussions to document software specifications and contribute to process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, working from detailed design specifications to align with user requirements.
• Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, and report defects to the development team to support improvements in software performance.
• Assist with integration of new software features, supporting smooth transitions within existing system infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and producing comprehensive documentation to support ongoing system maintenance.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to strengthen the team’s shared knowledge repository.
