Java AWS Developer

Technology Consultant role supporting software application development across the full SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned portions of business requirements during requirements elicitation, following provided guidance
• Support application design discussions and record design decisions to guide the technical team
• Code and integrate new features or updates into existing applications while prioritizing system stability
• Perform code reviews, make codebase changes, and maintain code repositories
• Create and apply test strategies, analyze test results, and coordinate bug fixes to meet quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to support smooth adoption of new applications
• Participate in production issue resolution and recommend preventive steps to improve reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to strengthen the knowledge base and inform similar projects

Requirements

• Ability to manage end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering through implementation
• Capability to convert complex requirements into actionable development tasks
• Interest in design with hands-on coding experience
• Proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and continuous application refinement
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting software integration
