Python Developer

Build and improve production-ready software in Dallas. As a Technology Consultant 1 at Infosys, you will help translate user needs into working solutions across the full SDLC. This onsite role emphasizes clear communication, hands-on problem-solving, and continuous learning, with a focus on helping applications run smoothly in real-world environments.

What you’ll do

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure stakeholder requirements are documented accurately.
• Join design discussions to capture software specifications and support creation of process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects to the development team to support software performance enhancements.
• Support integration of new software features, helping ensure smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, resolving issues promptly and producing comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance.
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to strengthen the team’s knowledge repository.
