.NET Developer Technical Lead

Vaco by Highspring seeks a hands-on .NET Developer Technical Lead to head the Adherence Engineering Team in Orlando, FL (onsite), with a salary range of USD 135,000 - 145,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a newly formed engineering team focused on adherence and patient engagement solutions; establish architectural standards; drive delivery excellence and robust engineering practices.
• Foster a collaborative engineering culture grounded in trust, craftsmanship, and reliable delivery; mentor junior engineers and promote peer learning.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures that support growing vaccine adherence capabilities.
• Guide the team in building maintainable, well-tested code with strong automation practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and robust monitoring.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to define and evolve the roadmap for vaccine adherence solutions.
• Lead development efforts from architecture and design through production deployment and ongoing support, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and develop engineers, helping grow technical skills across the team and shaping career paths.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead role.
• 5+ years developing enterprise applications using .NET.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Experience building service-based and distributed applications.
