Job Description

Vaco by Highspring seeks a hands-on .NET Developer Technical Lead to head the Adherence Engineering Team in Orlando, FL (onsite), with a salary range of USD 135,000 - 145,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for a newly formed engineering team focused on adherence and patient engagement solutions; establish architectural standards; drive delivery excellence and robust engineering practices.
Foster a collaborative engineering culture grounded in trust, craftsmanship, and reliable delivery; mentor junior engineers and promote peer learning.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures that support growing vaccine adherence capabilities.
Guide the team in building maintainable, well-tested code with strong automation practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and robust monitoring.
Partner with product and business stakeholders to define and evolve the roadmap for vaccine adherence solutions.
Lead development efforts from architecture and design through production deployment and ongoing support, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Mentor and develop engineers, helping grow technical skills across the team and shaping career paths.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead role.
5+ years developing enterprise applications using .NET.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
Experience building service-based and distributed applications.
