IT Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system software used across the organization, ensuring smooth interfaces with external software solutions.
• Plan and manage application integration projects as assigned by the Director of Software Development.
• Apply the software development lifecycle to deliver effective, efficient, and high‑quality applications.
• Recommend changes and tailor applications to meet requirements.
• Coordinate change management and testing activities with IT Technical Support.
• Prepare progress reports as requested by stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to software installation.
• Document, track, and communicate software dependencies, conflicts, issues, and risks.
• Research emerging software, hardware, and technologies for potential implementation.
• Analyze issues impacting software application performance and identify root causes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and three years of developer experience.
