Job Description

Peak Performers is hiring a Full-Stack Application Developer for a major Oklahoma state government agency in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud applications and APIs using .NET, C#, and modern front-end frameworks
  • Work in an Agile environment to build, test, and optimize RESTful Web Services and XML/JSON integrations
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server database objects, including complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • Use Azure DevOps workflows and Git for continuous integration, version control, automated testing, and process improvement
  • Assess technical feasibility for proposed software modifications and collaborate with business stakeholders on complex integration challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS OR 2–4 years of professional application development experience (or an equivalent combination)
  • Experience in at least two key areas:
    • .NET/ASP.NET stack web and API development
    • UI frameworks: React, Angular, or Node.js
    • Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Strong foundation in core web protocols and formats, including REST, XML, JSON, HTTP, SSL, and caching
  • Database development experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git, and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and integrate new technologies as needed

Contract Details

  • Worksite location: Oklahoma City, OK
  • Onsite / Hybrid: Onsite or Hybrid (OKC Metro local presence required)
  • Job type: Contract
  • Rate: $48.00–$55.00/hour (W-2)
  • Duration: 12-month initial duration (option to renew / potential for direct conversion)
  • Target start date: October 14, 2026
  • Interview process: 1-round interview
