Full Stack Application Developer (.NET) 962

Global Service Resources is hiring a Full Stack Application Developer contractor for a LA County team. This hybrid role is based in Alhambra, CA (onsite 2 days per week) and focuses on delivering and integrating enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies and cloud-native practices.

What you’ll work on

You’ll lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-level applications and systems across PHIS and SAPC IT. The work spans the full delivery lifecycle, from building and testing through integration support, with an emphasis on performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and integration efforts for enterprise-level applications and systems across PHIS and SAPC IT.
Own end-to-end development including testing, code reviews, and defect resolution, and act as a liaison between IT, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies while performing API integration and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and support large-scale web applications and system integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work.

Required skills

• 10+ years experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting large-scale web applications and system integrations on the Microsoft stack, with focus on high-volume transactions, secure architecture, low latency, optimal performance, and scalability.
• 2+ years experience as a development lead.
• 6+ years hands-on software development with C# .NET including MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web APIs, Razor Pages, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• 4+ years data engineering experience, including understanding SQL Server and distributed computing.
• 4+ years experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, including hybrid architectural designs and infrastructure solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• A hands-on coding test will be included as part of the interview.
• Candidate must reside in the Los Angeles area and be able to work onsite 2 days per week.
