Job Description
Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid Application Developer for the Foundational Services team at Bolling AFB, DC. This hybrid role involves supporting other mid-level developers through training and contributing to EPD application stability by analyzing onsite server logs and consoles to triage and debug issues.
Role Summary
The Foundational Services role supports all EPD applications. You will help maintain application functionality by addressing foundational services needs, including programmatic handling and data transfer workflows, while also providing hands-on troubleshooting support through log and console review.
Responsibilities
- Handle classification rollup and NTK handling programmatically
- Support cross-domain transfer processes, including high to low transfer flows
- Review server logs and consoles to triage and debug issues onsite
- Provide foundational services support that services all EPD applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 4 years of experience related to the specific labor category, or a minimum of 8 years if the individual has a HS Diploma
- Experience with TypeScript, Angular, Node, NestJS, Express Servers, Jest, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, GitLab CI Pipelines, Docker, and OpenShift
- Node.js with TypeScript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 (annualized USD).
