Application Developer (.NET)

Esolvit Inc. is seeking an Application Developer (.NET) to assist with the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects under OSDH direction. This role includes designing and delivering secure, maintainable code and cloud-based application features in an Agile environment, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and budget targets.

Project Delivery and Collaboration

• Support the planning, execution, and finalization of IT-related projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines and budget under OSDH direction.
• Collaborate with external teams to resolve complex system integration challenges.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into solution designs.

Software Development and Technical Implementation

• Develop high-quality, maintainable, reusable, and secure code.
• Review and contribute to technical designs within an Agile environment.
• Implement features and demonstrate developed functionality.
• Build and enhance cloud-based applications.

Performance, Automation, and Feasibility

• Monitor performance and manage parameters to support fast front-end responses.
• Help automate and improve development workflows.
• Assess feasibility of proposed software applications or system modifications by identifying potential requirements and system restrictions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum experience: 2 years.
• Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
• Software development experience in any two of the following areas: Web and API development (.NET stack), UI technologies (React/Angular, node.js, etc.), or Microsoft Azure/other cloud platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Web Services, XML, JSON, HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, and caching.
• Experience with Azure DevOps workflows, Agile methodologies, SQL Server services, T-SQL, stored procedures, database optimization, and source control (Git).
• Ability to learn new coding languages and technologies.

Work Location, Pay, and Contract Details

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK (onsite, in person).
• Salary: USD 80,000 - 85,000 per year.
• Duration: 12+ months, extending.
• Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Visa Eligibility

• Only US Citizens and GC Holders.

Conversion to Full-Time

At OSDH’s request, the contractor may be converted to a full-time role at the end of the contract at no additional cost to the State beyond what is defined in the SOW.
