Job Description

The Curriculum Developer & Facilitator role at Lynden Door, onsite in Lynden, WA, focuses on designing training curricula, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering in-person and virtual sessions to strengthen team capability and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments with leadership to identify training and development needs
  • Develop custom curriculum, tools, and learning resources based on business needs
  • Ensure adult learning best practices are incorporated into all training materials
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements through feedback loops
  • Develop surveys, gather feedback data, and prepare summary reports
  • Support scheduling, setup, and coordination of training events
  • Prepare materials (printing, binding, organizing training resources, etc.)
  • Provide administrative and facilitation support to the Employee Development Team as needed

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience developing and facilitating training curriculum or related learning content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
  • High integrity, professionalism, and respect for others
  • Passion for serving others and contributing to a healthy team culture
