Job Description

The Dynamics Developer role is centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP configuration and customization. You will combine Dynamics configuration, Power Platform capabilities, and Dataverse modeling to improve and automate business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on configuration and customization for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP.
  • Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, and choices.
  • Build and refine Dynamics configuration elements such as forms, views, business rules, and command bars.
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into practical Dynamics solutions.
  • Support business process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Provide some SharePoint administration as needed to support business workflows.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders and users to align solutions with operational needs.
  • Maintain strong documentation and demonstrate project ownership throughout delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Dataverse data modeling experience, including tables, relationships, and choices.
  • Dynamics configuration experience across forms, views, business rules, and command bars.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into solutions.
  • Experience supporting business process optimization and automation.
  • Some SharePoint administration experience.
  • Comfort working directly with business stakeholders and users.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to take ownership of projects.

  • Azure/cloud administration experience.
  • Experience with CAB/change-management processes.

Location and Experience

Onsite: Greenwood Village, CO. Minimum experience: 3 years.
