The role
We are seeking a Web Design & Developer to design, build, and launch websites and digital assets across WordPress and AI assisted tools. You will partner with marketing and strategy teams to deliver projects on time, balancing design and engineering requirements with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch websites, landing pages, and campaign assets using WordPress (Elementor), Vibe Code, Claude Design, and other modern platforms
- Leverage Claude Code and Vibe Code to accelerate development, generate and refine code, and prototype faster than traditional workflows
- Use GitHub for version control and Cloudflare for DNS management, domain routing, and site performance configuration
- Craft graphics, icons, logos, banners, advertisements, and creative content as part of strategic digital marketing campaigns
- Spearhead the initiation and management of new website projects through proactive communication with the Strive Marketing strategy team, consistently meeting project deadlines
- Collaborate with the content management team and strategy experts to curate compelling copy for web projects, ensuring a strong blend of design and messaging
- Actively participate in client meetings during project launches and at regular intervals to gather insights and drive project success
- Take detailed notes during client meetings and delegate tasks to the digital team using ClickUp, ensuring smooth project execution
- Implement weekly updates for all assigned clients to keep their online presence fresh and competitive
- Coordinate project completion by liaising with external agencies, art services, and other stakeholders as needed
- Adhere to all Strive Marketing protocols and operational standards to ensure clients consistently experience our agency in a positive light
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple active projects simultaneously
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who works well within a collaborative team
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently toward deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Proven experience as a web designer and/or graphic designer — both preferred
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Knowledge of web design principles and ability to create designs optimized for the web

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate combines a strong design sensibility with hands-on experience in modern web building tools, including AI assisted platforms. You should be able to manage multiple projects at once without compromising quality, be proactive in communication, meet deadlines reliably, and own your work from brief through launch.
