ServiceNow Developer, Legal & Corporate Affairs

Cargill is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to help Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and other LCCA functions build dependable digital workflows. This onsite role in Wayzata, MN focuses on configuring and improving ServiceNow solutions, connecting platforms through modern integrations, and supporting the applications that teams rely on day to day.

In this position, you will partner with product managers and cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver scalable workflows, integrations, and continuous improvements, including AI-enabled capabilities, while maintaining reliability and successful releases.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, automations, and platform enhancements.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, APIs, MCP, and other modern integration technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform configurations.
• Complete deployments and testing in alignment with ServiceNow development standards.
• Provide application level 1 and 2 support, including troubleshooting and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, business teams, and technology teams to deliver business value.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and technical challenges throughout delivery and support.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI capabilities, and platform optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in a large, complex organization.
• Experience with ServiceNow products such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple technology platforms and teams.

Benefits

• Eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
• Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals: one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
• Experience implementing and supporting technical solutions for Legal organizations.
• Experience with AI, automation, and technology-driven initiatives.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 105,000 per year. Compensation varies based on factors including location, certifications, education, and level of experience.
