Senior Web Developer

Build and maintain Cvent-based registration experiences for meetings and events, from invite through on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Cvent registration websites and mobile apps with a focus on accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency
• Use HTML and meeting technology tools to produce polished event experiences using templates, invitations, and confirmations
• Own key configuration details including registration paths, room blocks, activities, thresholds, and reporting requirements
• Test builds thoroughly prior to launch and troubleshoot issues quickly to keep events on schedule
• Partner with planning teams and clients to understand goals, timelines, and data capture needs for each event

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Cvent experience, plus familiarity with other meeting management tools
• Strong knowledge of mobile app builds and comfort working across evolving event technology platforms
• Clear written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with internal teams and client contacts
• Ability to identify template improvements and contribute fresh ideas to improve the build process
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Office-based role in Chicago, IL with 3 days per week in the office
