Job Description
Arthrocyber is seeking an onsite Senior ServiceNow Developer to join its Cybersecurity Engineering Team in Washington, DC, supporting a U.S. Government civilian agency. In this leadership capacity, you will steer end-to-end ServiceNow projects, shaping ITSM customizations, crafting reports and dashboards, and enabling integrations that align with mission-critical security objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Tailor ITSM components such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Build reports, dashboards, and customized forms to meet client requirements.
- Utilize JavaScript for client-side and server-side scripting, leveraging ServiceNow APIs.
- Oversee ServiceNow architecture, security models, version control, update sets, and deployment processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Apply Agile and DevSecOps practices to improve development cycles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on ITSM.
- Advanced JavaScript skills and experience with ServiceNow APIs.
- Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security practices, and best practices.
- Experience with version control, update sets, and application deployment.
- Familiarity with web services integration (REST, SOAP).
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
