Senior .NET Core Developer

Vibotek LLC seeks a Senior .NET Core Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 solutions using .NET Core, C#, and REST APIs. This onsite or hybrid role is based in Redmond, WA, and is available as a full-time or contract engagement with urgent priority.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and tailor CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
• Build and maintain .NET based CRM extensions, plugins, workflows, and integrations
• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
• Create and consume REST and Web APIs for enterprise system integrations
• Implement server side logic using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
• Develop CRM data models, security roles, and access control mechanisms
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to capture requirements
• Handle CRM upgrades, deployments, and environment management
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize CRM performance
• Adhere to Microsoft best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
• Experience with CRM plugins, workflows, custom actions, and JavaScript customizations
• Solid experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and system integrations
• Experience with SQL Server and CRM data models
• Solid understanding of object oriented programming, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
