Job Description

Location: Remote in USA. Salary: USD 92,250 - 120,000 per year. As a Senior Frontend Developer at Concentrix, you will collaborate with product, backend, and UX teams to build engaging, scalable web applications and deliver responsive, user-centric interfaces. This remote role supports contribution from anywhere in the United States, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain scalable front-end applications of high quality
  • Design responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Implement event-driven architectures with Pub/Sub patterns
  • Partner with product, backend, and UX teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions
  • Optimize performance, speed, and scalability across environments
  • Contribute to code reviews and advance engineering best practices
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer during transition periods
  • Diagnose, debug, and resolve production issues promptly
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of frontend development experience
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Hands-on experience with Alpine.js or similar lightweight JavaScript frameworks
  • Solid understanding of Pub/Sub or other event-driven design patterns
  • Experience integrating REST APIs with backend services
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently in distributed teams
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving project environments
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and quality
