RPA Developer II
Job Description
The RPA Developer II role at Maritz Inc. is focused on building, improving, and operating robotic process automation solutions in line with established standards and best practices. You will collaborate with business and technical partners to deliver moderately complex automations and support continuous improvement for reliable, scalable RPA outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure work follows coding standards and best practices.
- Enhance existing RPA solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor assigned RPA processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Help identify root causes and implement fixes for automation defects.
- Support testing activities and resolve defects during development and post-deployment.
- Create and track work tasks using Azure.
- Collaborate closely with Senior and Lead developers to learn best practices and strengthen technical skills.
- Participate in requirements gathering and process analysis under guidance from senior team members.
- Support integration and system testing to confirm automation functionality.
- Partner with business analysts, IT, and process owners to understand automation needs and support successful delivery.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team documentation and standards.
- Provide informal support to junior developers or interns as needed.
- Support configuration and use of RPA Orchestrator and version control systems such as TFS and Git.
- Assist with troubleshooting RPA environment and deployment issues.
- Maintain documentation for assigned automations and related configurations.
- Create and maintain libraries, RE framework, OAC Submissions, schedules, and related automation assets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of proficiency with Web Services and APIs integration.
- Working knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL) and experience with Excel automation.
- Experience using version control systems such as Git and TFS.
- Basic understanding of RPA architecture and server environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and apply logical thinking.
- Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to document clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates a desire to keep learning, growing, and teaching.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with .NET, Python, SQL, APIs, and JSON-based integrations.

- Experience developing human-in-the-loop workflows using UiPath Action Center or similar platforms.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and AI services.

Location and Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in Fenton, MO with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
