RPA Developer I

In this onsite RPA role, you will design and deliver automation solutions that support MIDFLORIDA Credit Union’s electronic services. The work includes development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment, with a focus on compliance with established regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions to automate business processes and build automations using Automate by Fortra.
• Develop automation solutions using RPA development platforms, including AI and related technologies.
• Code, test, troubleshoot, and prepare RPA solutions for production deployment.
• Create and execute tests to evaluate the performance of automation solutions.
• Write and maintain required code and scripts.
• Troubleshoot production automation solutions to support reliable operations.
• Manage time and tasks to produce deliverables on schedule.
• Participate in peer reviews to support high code quality, efficiency, and design review standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and individuals to confirm requirements are identified and met.
• Ensure all work aligns with regulations and policies.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion while staying within well-defined limits and guidelines.
• Provide technical solutions that support MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services.
• Maintain a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with members and partners consistently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• Experience with Automate by Fortra is a plus.
• Experience working in the financial industry is a plus.
• Experience working with third party APIs is a plus.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and workloads while handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
