Job Description
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on hands-on development and architectural design of Python frameworks for scalable, fault-tolerant, high-performance applications.
- Deliver solutions that align with architectural standards, applying deep technical and business-domain knowledge.
- Design and implement agentic flows and build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and tool usage.
- Enforce SDLC best practices and contribute to code quality through peer reviews.
- Exposure to polyglot programming, including Java.
- Work with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and data warehousing experiences.
- Engage in frontend development across React, Angular, and Vue.js.
- Lead development for Stress Testing and Regulatory Risk projects within the Market Risk domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Quants, Front Office, DevOps, and Production Support to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage technical aspects of projects, including planning, governance, and ownership of initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality solutions independently within a globally matrixed environment and under tight deadlines.
