AI / Machine Learning Engineer - Senior

Falls Technology is seeking a Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer to support a federal national-security mission in Chantilly, VA. In this onsite role, you will train machine learning models and integrate pre-trained models into production data flows to automate key work.

The position focuses on building reliable AI workflows using AWS ETL pipelines and engineering components across Python, Java, and C++, with PyTorch or TensorFlow at the core.

What you’ll do

• Automate workflows and business processes using AI
• Train models and integrate pre-trained models into production data flows
• Design data structures, data models, and software architecture to support AI capabilities
• Build and implement solutions using Python, Java, and C++ with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Create AWS ETL pipelines to move and transform data for downstream AI usage

Core requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and Conda
• Strong background in probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Experience training and integrating ML models into workflows
