Java Developer

Stafford Technology seeks a Java Developer to build and maintain Java/Jakarta EE backend services, contribute to an Angular frontend, in a hybrid Dublin, OH, full-time role with a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java / Jakarta EE applications
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services
• Contribute to Angular (v14+) frontend development
• Design and optimize Oracle database queries and schemas
• Implement Hibernate/JPA mappings and performance tuning
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing, and code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers

Requirements

• 5–7 years of Java development experience
• Strong skills in Java 11+, Jakarta EE, REST APIs
• Experience with Angular, RxJS, NgRx
• Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL / PL-SQL and performance tuning
• Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA and enterprise architecture patterns
