Job Description

Sterling Seacrest Pritchard Inc is looking for an Innovation Developer to join a small Innovation Team in Atlanta, GA (onsite). This is a hands-on role where you’ll help modernize how the agency builds internal tools, automates workflows, and delivers AI-assisted capabilities. The team spans work that touches analytics and reporting, vendor management, and an increasing share of AI and technology projects, so your work will have visible impact across multiple departments.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain internal business applications using Microsoft’s Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Create AI-assisted automations and agents to support department needs as they come up, using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar tools.
  • Contribute to web development projects as part of the broader work the team supports.
  • Serve as the team’s go-to technical resource, helping evaluate architecture, feasibility, and build-vs-buy decisions across agency projects, not only the tasks initially assigned to the Innovation Team.
  • Take ownership of a mix of delivery types, from larger, multi-month builds to smaller one-off requests that start as loosely defined asks from teams across SSP.

What you bring

  • Early-career with the potential for some prior experience.
  • Real developer fundamentals, including strong understanding of code and logic to build and maintain systems, and the ability to judge when AI-generated output is correct.
  • Comfort using AI as part of day-to-day development, including coding, automations, and building AI-powered tools for others, with AI functioning as additive to development skill rather than a replacement.
  • Curiosity and comfort with ambiguity: requirements may not be fully scoped, so you’ll need to work with the team to understand business context and then drive the technical execution yourself.
  • The ability to switch between strategic builds and urgent small requests without needing everything perfectly defined upfront.

Tools you’ll use

You’ll work primarily with Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power Automate) and Microsoft Copilot Studio (or similar) for AI-assisted automations and agents.

This role is designed for an end-to-end builder: someone who can turn flexible requests into functioning internal applications and AI-enabled workflows while helping the Innovation Team make sound technical decisions across the agency.
