Power Platform Developer

Experis is hiring a Power Platform Developer to support business teams across Los Angeles that rely on Microsoft Power Platform to automate processes, build applications, and integrate enterprise data. This onsite role focuses on hands-on development and delivery, with responsibility for building solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, as well as aligning implementation with governance, security, and deployment practices.

What you’ll work on

• Develop and maintain Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, to support business workflows and application requirements.
• Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow experience is a plus.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Dataverse solutions, including data modeling and solution deployment practices.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook, plus external systems using APIs and custom connectors.
• Apply Power Platform governance and security best practices, including permissions, DLP policies, connector management, authentication, and solution lifecycle management.

What you bring

• 4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow experience is a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing Dataverse solutions and integrating with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
• Strong understanding of security, permissions, governance, and solution deployment, with ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing solutions.
