Job Description
Join MVP Disc Sports as an ERP Developer and help optimize how we run operations across inventory, fulfillment, and finance. You will design, customize, and maintain our ERP system (NetSuite preferred, other platforms considered), build API connections with ecommerce, shipping, and 3PL partners, and elevate business intelligence for better forecasting. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Marlette, Michigan, offering a competitive hourly rate of $26 and a comprehensive benefits package. You will collaborate across Production, Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting to drive automation and efficiency while supporting scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and automations to streamline processes across inventory, order fulfillment, and finance.
- Tailor dashboards, saved searches, forms, and user roles to support high SKU volumes and cross-functional operations.
- Design and manage API integrations with ecommerce platforms, shipping providers, and 3PL partners.
- Enhance business intelligence tools, including KPI dashboards and reports, for improved forecasting and operational insight.
- Monitor ERP performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain uptime and stability.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, apply system updates, and clean data to support scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain clear documentation for workflows, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide technical support to internal users across Production, Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting.
- Lead training sessions and create resources to boost user adoption and efficiency.
- Translate business needs into ERP enhancements through ongoing collaboration and communication.
- Manage user access and security settings to protect critical financial data.
- Monitor system activity logs and ensure compliance with accounting standards and data protection best practices.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, and Sales to drive automation and process improvement.
- Serve as the internal ERP subject matter expert and coordinate with third-party consultants when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience administering and customizing an ERP platform, with NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP scripting (SuiteScript or similar), SQL, JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, BOM structures, and multi-channel operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Seeking a long-term, non-contract position with no remote, hybrid, or project-based arrangements.
