This hybrid role in St. Louis supports our operations by designing, developing, and maintaining NetSuite ERP customizations, integrations, and reports to empower data‑driven decision making. The NetSuite Developer reports to the Manager, Application Development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations, scripts, and integrations using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules across financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, CRM, and reporting.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, saved searches, and KPIs to support operational insight.
- Lead and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems, including EDI onboarding.
- Manage NetSuite roles, permissions, and workflows to safeguard data integrity and streamline operations.
- Ensure adherence to NetSuite best practices and security standards.
- Support system upgrades, data migrations, and testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance or functional issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of NetSuite development experience with a track record of tailoring NetSuite ERP to business operations.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBundler.
- Solid understanding of NetSuite modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, and Order Management.
- Experience with third-party integration platforms and API development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented and well organized.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive work style.
- Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer or Administrator
- Experience in a multi-subsidiary or international NetSuite environment
- Experience with EDI implementation
- Proficiency with SQL
- Background in custom application development with knowledge of CI/CD tools, .NET, C#, and Angular
- Accounting or finance background is a plus
